You've probably heard of Dungeons & Dragons, and maybe even played it! Are you curious about what other games are out there? Great! We'll be doing a modest review of two systems, Delta Green and Genesys, while touching on some others like Inspectres, Troika!, and more!

"What was that? Was it a ghost? A werewolf? An interdemensional being? Oh it was your friend. Or are they anymore? Maybe they are the monster. Or maybe they control it. Join us as we explore a mansion so scary even the ghosts want out. I mean..a totally relaxing place where the rooms certainly maintain order and you won't have to defend yourself from anything at all. That sound definitely wasn't the door locking you all in."
Inspectres is a game where the dice barely matter, and your imagination and creativity are all that's required! Thematically based off of the original Ghostbusters movie, the party runs their own ghost busting franchise. Players take turns improvising NPCs, and sometimes even give each other traits! You don't have to have played an RPG before, we'll teach you!

So you're a beginner interested in Amateur Radio... or maybe you're a long-time operator who wants to meet fellow furries in the field... or perhaps you fall somewhere in the middle? Ask yourself, do you want to get a chance to ask those burning technical questions to a panel of long-time radio operators and examiners? Want to get hands-on and a chance to handle various types of Amateur Radio gear and technology? No matter where you are on the experience spectrum, if you answered yes to the above questions, then you should come out to our Ham Furs Amateur Radio Q&A Session at Anthrocon! Based on the great audience questions we had at last year's meet-and-greet panel, we've slightly restructured our panel this year to offer an official Q&A session in addition to show-and-tell. Our team of Volunteer Examiners will be on hand before the FCC Amateur Radio Exam to answer your questions about anything from basics of Radio Frequency operations, to specific how-to for today's technology. Our panel has a combined 40+ years of RF, Engineering, and IT/Cybersecurity experience to draw on, and is happy to talk about our nerdiest hobby. If you have specific or very technical questions you'd like to have answered during the panel, please feel free to send them to sdwolf@sdwolf.com so our panelists can prepare an answer.
This panel is geared towards the shy, anxious, or otherwise socially awkward folk in the fandom. Do you have trouble making friends? Talking to artists? Finding communities? Going about your day? Then stop by and get some advice on where to start and how to enjoy your time!
"Welcome to the team! So today is your first day at the SCP foundation? Trainees will join Dr. Groening (Puzz) for your initial introduction you the SCP foundation. The foundation's mission statement is to Secure, Contain, and Protect anomalous items, ideas, and lifeforms.
Often the only thing that protects the non-anomalous from the anomalous (and vice-versa) is a lack of knowledge, so secrecy is of utmost importance!
We will discuss the mission of the SCP foundation, discuss notable anomalies, and do our best to keep as many of our trainees as possible safe from losing all threads of sanity in the process.
Amnestics will be provided for trainees who wish to leave the program."
Information on how to be a handler for fursuiter(s) while still enjoying your own con experience, or what to expect whilst suiting with/out a handler, and managing yourself at the con. (Will include Real-experienced examples/scenarios, supplies, and visual representation(s) of how it works from both sides, as a handler and a suiter.)
I mainly intend for this to cover things listed above but for a slightly more detailed breakdown for those trying to decide if this is the panel for them to attend or listen in on, I'll list a small ToC of everything I intend to cover and the order I'll cover them in.... - Introduction & describing experience (brief) - Fursuit vision and body types, mobility, fragility, cleanliness, different types of styles and fur that can handle different types of strain or touch.
- Tips on what to carry on-hand while handling, what to look out for, how to respond to others, how to communicate and set up coordinated plans with suiter(s). - Audience questions <--If no questions backup topics will be to go into further detail on some topics above as well as having some present suiters add their experiences.
I've been part of the furry community for about 19+counting years, I've been attending fur-cons for about 13+counting years, I've been fursuiting for the past 9+counting years. Before fursuiting I spent the good majority of all my con time being a handler for friends/other suiters... Read More →
