Saturday July 5, 2025 11:30am - 12:30pm EDT

This panel will not only compare and contrast anime and furry cons, how they operate and the types of events that happen, but also reveal the hidden origin of both otaku and anime fandoms, and celebrate our common ancestor Mark Merlino!!

Join us for a 85 year long journey from the first fan conventions to the modern cons to today, and show how we are all part of one larger fandom family.
