Hello there! I’m Cas. I’m a monkey, and an archivist! I like nerding out about a lot of silly things, including video games, music, and other kinds of media. Get me in a conversation about one of your passions and I’ll be happy to chat with ya for quite a while. :)

Avian Worldbuilding
Saturday July 5, 2025 8:30pm - 9:30pm EDT
Building an immersive world for your readers involves balancing realism with relatability. Birds are particularly challenging because their anatomy and lifestyle is so different from our own. I will discuss my challenges in developing worlds for both anthro and feral avian characters, share my experiences, and invite the audience to share their questions and comments. I've written many short stories and three novels, including the new Avian Age series, involving a variety of avian world settings.
