This panel is for folks of all backgrounds who are in any way interested in geology. This could include everyone from curious individuals to folks who are currently working in geosciences. The panel will include a brief presentation on regional Western Pennsylvania Geology (made for general audiences, nothing hyper technical), along with some display samples from around the area. Afterwards there will be a little rock swap, and some free Fluorite specimens from the Gardner Quarry in Lillington, NC for those who pop in. It's recommended (but not required in any way), to bring samples of your own to trade with others, though they certainly don't have to be anything special.
