Fursuit Handling & Solo Suiting

Information on how to be a handler for fursuiter(s) while still enjoying your own con experience, or what to expect whilst suiting with/out a handler, and managing yourself at the con. (Will include Real-experienced examples/scenarios, supplies, and visual representation(s) of how it works from both sides, as a handler and a suiter.)

I mainly intend for this to cover things listed above but for a slightly more detailed breakdown for those trying to decide if this is the panel for them to attend or listen in on, I'll list a small ToC of everything I intend to cover and the order I'll cover them in....
- Introduction & describing experience (brief)
- Fursuit vision and body types, mobility, fragility, cleanliness, different types of styles and fur that can handle different types of strain or touch.
- Tips on what to carry on-hand while handling, what to look out for, how to respond to others, how to communicate and set up coordinated plans with suiter(s).
- Audience questions <--If no questions backup topics will be to go into further detail on some topics above as well as having some present suiters add their experiences.

This class will begin with covering the basics of Petplay; which is usually described as, but not limited to, a person who enjoys "becoming" an animal. The class will include a run down of ways to define petplay, a brief history, the mental and physical equipment to bring to the scene, as well as a summary of a petplay scene from the starting line of negotiations to the finish line and aftercare. Whether this is your first taste and have no idea what your getting yourself into (a world of fun, I assure you) or an experienced animal or handler looking for some new ideas and tricks, there will be something here for you. So don't be shy, come play with us!

Calling all artists and fursuiters! Join us for Fursuit Figure Drawing! Fursuiters are welcome to join as models, and artists will sketch the fursuiters in a series of timed poses. Artists will have the opportunity to participate in observational drawing and practice anatomy, while fursuiters will essentially have fanart drawn of their suits.

All artists welcome, of any skill level! Bring your own sketchbooks and supplies. If you are an artist AND a fursuiter, feel free to bring your fursuit as well, and you are welcome to both model and draw during this panel!

All fursuiters are welcome! You are welcome to bring either your partial or fullsuit. Props welcome and encouraged! Fursuiters will be asked to pose while artists draw them.
